Account & Data Deletion

We value your privacy. If you wish to permanently delete your Greenlakes Customer App account and associated personal data, please follow the instructions below.

Important Notice

Deleting your app account does not alter or void any physical property ownership, sale deeds, or outstanding maintenance fee obligations.

You will permanently lose access to the mobile app — including clubhouse bookings, payment receipts, and vault documents.

What Will Be Deleted

Upon verifying your request, the following data will be removed from our active databases within 30 days:

Your app login credentials and authentication records
Your personal profile information (Name, Date of Birth, Phone Number, Email, Member ID, and Identity QR)
Your push notification tokens and device identifiers
Your profile and preference settings

Data We Must Retain

For legal, tax, and property compliance, the following records are retained by our administration team:

Financial transaction records (maintenance payments, booking receipts) as required by tax laws
Legal vault documents (Sale Deeds, Agreements, RTCs)
Property ownership records associated with your physical plot(s)
Farm entry logs and access records
Past support ticket correspondence regarding property management
